1. Orders & Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan on eligible orders.
ZeeWear reserves the right to request a partial advance payment for high-value orders, customized items, or during promotional campaigns.
Orders may be cancelled if we are unable to verify the customer's contact information.

Online Payments

Online payments made through Debit/Credit Cards or other payment gateways may require verification before order processing.
Orders will be processed once payment confirmation has been received.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

Standard dispatch time is 3–5 working days.
New arrivals, premium collections, or sale orders may require 5–7 working days for dispatch.
Delivery within Pakistan generally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International deliveries usually require 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Unboxing Video (Important)

To protect your rights as a customer, please record a clear unboxing video immediately upon receiving your parcel.

The video must:

Start before opening the package.
Clearly show the courier packaging and security tape.
Show the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Claims regarding missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

4. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Please refer to our ZeeWear Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

ZeeWear reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability.
Pricing or technical errors.
Payment verification issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received, the customer will receive either a full refund or store credit.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges required by their destination country.

ZeeWear is not responsible for delays, abandoned shipments, or returned parcels caused by unpaid customs duties or taxes.

7. Product Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your ZeeWear garments:

Dry clean is recommended.
Do not bleach.
Wash dark colours separately.
Hand wash gently using cold water.
Iron at low temperature if required.

Always follow the care instructions provided with each product.

8. Size & Measurements

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Minor variations in measurements (approximately 1–2 cm) may occur due to manual stitching and production processes.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.

9. Product Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, slight colour differences may occur due to:

Lighting conditions.
Camera settings.
Monitor or mobile screen calibration.
Fabric dye variations.

Such minor colour variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product designs, accessories, lace, buttons, or embellishments may vary slightly based on material availability while maintaining the overall design and quality.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZeeWear website, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and designs, is the property of ZeeWear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
